It all started when...I began crafting personalized decorative signs out of distressed wood for my wife. This hobby fueled my desire to improve my skills in the craft, so I pursued a certificate in fine woodworking. This led to an opportunity to work in a custom cabinet shop, building and installing custom cabinets and millwork items. Over the next 13 years I continued to hone my skills in design and sales. Often times over the years I dreamt of starting my own business and that has come to fruition with Friends In Cabinetry. I hope by sharing this part of my life, it will give you the confidence to choose me as your friendly cabinet design expert.
Choose Friends in Cabinetry and I'll donate a portion of the Sale to Charity
When you choose Friends in Cabinetry, know that I donate 1% of the total sale to charity. It might not seem like a lot, but as a one-man shop and dad to 3 teenagers, it's incredibly important that I show my children how to give back even when it's a struggle to get ahead. Every little bit matters.
I'll donate 1% to the charity of the month that is listed below:
January: Girl Scouts of America - Girl Scouts of Colorado
February: Foothills Animal Shelter
March: Boy Scouts of America - Denver Area Council
April: Wounded Warrior Project
May: Ehlers-Danlos Society
June: Community Food Bank (Formerly Arvada Food Bank)
July: DDRC (Developmental Disability Resource Center)
September: Compass Montessori Elementary Pink Unicorns (Cross Country Team)
November: Destination Imagination
December: Two Angels Foundation
Together, we'll bring beautifully designed cabinetry into your home while also doing a little good for the community...and hopefully we'll both make a new friend while we're at it.
